Navigating the Moment:
a Briefing for our Sustainers and Partners

We want to take a moment to speak with our current partners and sustainers honestly about what’s been happening — in our community and at the RIC.

Immigrants in Columbus are under growing pressure, and threats to immigrants are increasing. At the same time, federal and state support for organizations and programs that support immigrants is being cut at an unprecedented rate. Our neighbors are scared for the future, feeling less welcome than ever.

We want to give you, our partners, a clear update on how the RIC is responding to these challenges. We’re doing everything we can to grow stronger; not just for the sake of growth, but because growth is required to meet rapidly growing needs.

If you believe in the work we’re doing to welcome and empower immigrants and refugees in Columbus, I'm inviting you to attend “Navigating the Moment: a briefing for our sustainers and partners.” These brief gatherings are exclusively for current supporters. After learning about present needs and opportunities, I will be inviting you to double your donation, to help the RIC rise to the demands of this challenging moment.

We hope you’ll join us.
