Diane Linton

Director of Philanthropic Engagement and Workforce Development

Diane Linton graduated from Wittenberg University and has a history of initiating and leading various programs. Her extensive work and volunteer experience encompass a diverse range of activities, such as teaching, volunteer recruitment, business partnership development, event planning, project and team management, fundraising, marketing, and public speaking.

Throughout her tenure at RIC, Diane has taken on roles such as English instruction, interim executive director and currently serves as the director of philanthropic engagement, concurrently managing the workforce development program. Her greatest satisfaction lies in fostering connections and facilitating mutual learning, friendships, and experiences. Whether linking employers with New American job seekers or providing opportunities to serve for people who “just want to help”, Diane thrives on creating meaningful connections within the community.
